I’m Becky, a certified fitness coach, wellness mentor, and tired mom turned 

energy rebuilder. And I know what you’re going through.

Because I’ve lived it.

I’m a mom of three, inching toward 40, who used to survive on coffee, skipped breakfasts, and bites of my kids’ leftovers. I was living in leggings because my jeans didn’t fit. I felt sluggish, overwhelmed, and like my body didn’t belong to me anymore.

But I decided I wasn’t going to stay stuck.

So I stopped chasing fad diets. I stopped punishing myself with restriction. I learned how to eat, move, and live in a way that supported my hormones, my metabolism, and my mental health.
 

Now? I feel strong. I feel energized. I feel like me again.
And that’s exactly what I help other busy moms do.
